2. Products & Pricing We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. All prices are listed in USD. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be exact. Natural stone products will vary in color, pattern, and size — this is inherent to the material and not a defect.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping Orders are shipped via USPS on Mondays and Thursdays. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, rates, and international orders.

5. Returns & Refunds Due to the hygienic nature of body jewelry, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Custom Orders Custom orders are non-refundable. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept the natural variation inherent in handmade stone products.

7. Prohibited Uses You may not use our site to: violate any laws, submit false or fraudulent orders, collect or harvest user data, or engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits use of the site by others.
