Shipping policy

Processing & Handling Orders are processed and shipped twice a week — typically on Mondays and Thursdays. If order volume is high, we may adjust accordingly. Orders placed after our cutoff will ship on the next scheduled ship day.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over $15 within the United States.

Carrier We ship primarily via USPS. In rare circumstances, we may use an alternative carrier to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Domestic Shipping (USA) Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and USPS service times.

International Shipping We do ship internationally! Please be aware that international shipping rates can be significant — the cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location. International customers are also responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Insurance Every order is fully insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us right away and we'll get the claims process started.
